Kumsal Bodrum Patisserie is a boutique patisserie making made-to-order cakes for weddings, engagements and birthdays across Bodrum.
Making cakes in Bodrum is not like making cakes anywhere else. Between June and September a seaside wedding can sit at 38°C, most parties start in the evening, and the cake has to travel across a marina quay, through a villa garden or through the narrow door of a boat before it reaches the table. Our recipe and design decisions follow from those conditions.
Every cake is made after the order is placed. We do not sell tiered cakes waiting in a display case: the tiers, colour, finish and decoration are set per order, and you see a visual sketch before anything goes into production.

What we make
Bespoke birthday cakes, engagement and wedding cakes, children’s cakes, éclairs and petits fours. We also cater corporate events and party tables.
Gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free alternatives are available. Tell us about allergies when you order and we build the recipe around them.
How we work
Three steps: you write, you approve the design, you collect or we deliver. Send the date, the guest count and the theme you have in mind on WhatsApp; the same day you get a design proposal, flavour options and a firm price.
The price is settled before production. Nothing changes at delivery.
Heat and venue
Classic buttercream does not survive an outdoor party here. For those we recommend Swiss meringue or a ganache coating, which holds its shape for hours above 30°C.
For cakes served on a boat we recommend a single tier with a ganache coating: narrow access and movement put a tiered cake at risk. Vehicle access inside the marinas is restricted, so tiered cakes travel as separate tiers and are assembled at the venue.
Delivery and setup
Bodrum centre, Yalıkavak, Türkbükü, Göltürkbükü, Gümüşlük, Gündoğan, Bitez, Ortakent, Turgutreis, Torba and Yalı — delivered chilled to hotels, villas and event venues.
Tiered cakes are assembled on site. We do not leave a box on a table and drive away; we stay until the setup is finished.
What this site does not do
We take no online payments and ask for no card details anywhere on this site. The order form sends nothing to a server: it turns your answers into a ready-written WhatsApp message that you can edit before sending.
There are no invented customer reviews here. The reviews section stays hidden until real ones are added.
